The Lay Organization 
Sis. Fredia Booker
The Lay Organization encourages the laity to support and participate in church programs. Additionally, they stimulate and educate the laity in church history, development and organic laws of African Methodism. Regular and systematic study of the Discipline of the African Methodist Episcopal Church is conducted by the Lay Organization to promote the spirit of personal evangelism and training in Christian stewardship.

The Creative Services Ministry videotapes Sunday worship and special services. They provide visual and audio services for meetings and visiting speakers conducting workshops outside of the sanctuary. This group, which is led by Sis. Tamara Wilson, also maintains the church's website.
